I haven't stayed at Innotel, sadly, but my son has, having travelled from his home in Manila, prior to surgery in Singapore. Whilst he tells me that it is a lovely, peaceful and spotlessly clean hotel, the reason I am writing this review is to praise the wonderful service I experienced when I emailed the hotel from the UK to ask if they could place some chocolates in my son's room. This they did, two boxes with a message on a card from our family - but when I tried to pay they told me the chocolates would be complimentary. This kind and generous gesture means so much to us being so far away and I thank everyone at Innotel for making this small but important thing possible.

Helpful Staff
The counter staff are pretty helpful and friendly. We love the rooms because it is very clean and comfortable. Design and size is above our expectations. Moreover the location is great! We will definitely stay here again when there is a chance. Highly recommended for that price!

good for everything that all travellers need starting from good location near doby ghaut mrt station, near park mall, and famous restaurants. brand new hotel with very comfortable bed and i really love the simple design and clean environment of the bedrooms.

the hotel is very new and well equipped, the room is not large but the facilities and amenities are adequate for business traveller. i also truly appreciate the free wifi provided in the room. other hotels in singapore charge an exorbitant fee but here it is free. the location isvgood as it is near both mrt and bus station. within walking distance you can find all kinds of food and very nice food court closed by. the breakfast is not very expensive in this hotel and the choices are good. staff are all very helpful and friendly and can direct you to nice local food outlets.

i have no regret staying in innotel spore. firstly its new and equip with convenience gadget like wifi inside the room, nfc security card lift and door access . all staffs are very friendly ....and especially jennifer being so helpful and went the extra length to help me to get the shop's name of a certain hardware i need to purchase in spore during my trip. location is wonderful and near "fish & co""

Nice Hotel in Good Location.
This was my first time staying at the Innotel. For the price and location it was a good find. There is a cafe attached to the restaurant and there is a shopping mall and other restaurants just around the corner. Orchard Rd. is a block away. Plaza Singapura and the Dhoby Ghaut subway station is at that block away intersection at Orchard Rd. So, it's pretty easy accessing essential things in Singapore from the Innotel. The staff were super nice and the check-in and check-out process were quick and easy. The rooms are comfortable and of a good size. There is free WiFi, too, but be sure to ask for the password upon checking in. Overall, it's a nice hotel. I would stay here again.

The cleanliness....and the location... The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is good for Asian travelers (jet washer provided). Room is small but compact and good for solo traveler. The smell is nice, the corridor are air conditioned. The air conditioned in the room is great!

Great service and great location
Location of this hotel near to Orchard rd, Metro Station and Singapura Plaza was excellent.
We found the room to be of more than adequate size and was very well maintained on a daily basis. Great service from all staff from maid service to porters and reception counter upwards. It's location to transport and shopping was great and we will definitely stay here again.

the hotel is located right outside the buzz of the main crowd, even though it is very near to plaza singapura. the secluded location will mean that your sleep will be undisturbed as there won't be much noise from the surrounding buildings. the rooms are very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. it's just perfect for a getaway.

I expeirenced the hotel staff to be polite and friendly with exceptional customer focuses. The bed was super comfortable and was well thought of Free wifi in room The room were nicely styled and well maintained Shower was a great "rainhead" As a regular visitor to Singapore I will be staying again
Shopping Tip : The hotel is well located at Dhoby Ghaut MRT which is in the middle of both major shopping districts of Singapore. I did not order food within the hotel and can not rate this

Very new and clean hotel room

The above summarizes it all. This hotel is less than one year old, being recently transformed from an old college building. Unlike many hotel rooms which are dimly-litted and make you feel very depressed, the room at Innotel is brightly litted with bright colorful walls and furniture. As it is still new, it's very clean. The staff members are extremely polite and helpful. Every time I passed by the reception desk when entering and exiting the hotel, the receptionist would smile and greet me. This is even better than a 5-star establishments! The only drawback is the room is a bit small, and there's only a chair in the room. So, it's quite hard to have guests coming over as they will have to sit on the beds. The location is great, too. Just opposite Dhoby Gaut MRT station, which is also linked to Plaza Singapura shopping mall. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at this small hotel, and would highly recommend it for its service, location and price!

complementary wireless internet
the hotel is located near dhoby ghaut mrt station, which makes it very convenient for tourists to travel to major tourist attractions in singapore. the room that we stayed was clean and the complementary wireless internet was very handy.
We really enjoyed our stay at Innotel. Our room was upgraded to a suite upon check in the moment the staff saw my 4 children!! wt no exta charges.The room was lovely & spacious, the staff are very courteous.Location was an extra bonus..very near to Orchard Rd!!Defntly will recommend to frens & families;-)
