Innotel is exactly what it needs to be. It is a comfortable hotel with lovely comfortable beds and pillows, a TV with internet access and the usual necessities- kettle, coffee, sugar, etc. the bathroom was very basic but everything you needed for a short stay in Singapore. The hotel rooms were kept clean and tidy and were quiet and cooled by aircon! The staff are very friendly and happy to help direct you if needs be. We bought Universal tickets at the hotel and saved a bit of money by doing so- they also give a meal ticket for the park which came in very handy! Staff at the front desk also sent us to a particular place in Little India to try curry for breakfast - which went down very well - so it is definitely worth asking their advice! The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut station where you can get the train to various locations. The hotel is close to Orchard road and the many shopping centres they have there! Bonus- there is a beer bar and bistro attached to the hotel which is a lovely place to have a drink before heading into town or back in to the hotel after a long day. Overall great stay and would highly recommend for those looking for a midrange hotel in the heart of Singapore.

Our stay was very comfortable. I am not so much concerned with how the lobby or front desk look like (it was deceiving because it's small) but when we were taken to our room, I know I made the right choice. Very clean, big and homey.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - they even double checked my room on leaving to ensure nothing was left behind. I was also most impressed they were able to provide a room even though I arrived at 8am in the morning (check in time was 2pm). The room was clean and tidy, quiet at night and in a very convenient location to Orchard Rd and MRT station.

Best deal if you need to stay near Orchard, you can basically walk from here, subway station is around the corner, very quiet street, friendly staff, The room is comfortable, new, great bed and amenities (Internet TV), Just the AC is blasting cold all over the public areas. It is pretty much an Asian thing, however I see more and more buildings in Singapore adjusting the temperature a little more closer to comfort level. Overall you should also save money, right ?

The staff are really accommodating and friendly. They take time to assist their guests with their needs, such as, booking a cab, safekeeping our luggage, giving advice on best routes to our destination, etc. Location is very accessible, its very near to the MRT station.

Perfect location, close to the MRT interchange station Dhoby Ghaut - Chinatown, Little India and Kampong Glam are just several minutes away. There are a few steps to Orchard Road. The room was very spacious and very well furnished with a cute lively paint on the wall behind the bed. The receptionists and bell boys are extremely polite and friendly. Breakfasts quite modest, yet very delicious, the restaurant staff was always ready to bring something more from the kitchen. Cause we are in Singapore once or twice a year, we will definitely stay there again. Since 2000 we have stayed in two or three other hotels but this one is the best!

The location of the hotel was good - close to transport and all the amenities, at the end of busy Orchard Road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They remembered my name and took messages/parcels for me. A truly enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone who wants a no-frills,comfortable stay in a great location.

We all know how expensive decent hotels are in Singapore. Some are willing to go to hostels, or 1 star hotels (sort of a motel) just to save some money. 

But I am happy to discover this very nice hotel in the heart of the shopping district. A 2.5 minute walk to the bus stop which will bring you to so many destinations or 4 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut station (with 2 interchange- very convenient!) or 6 minute walk and you will reach Plaza Singapura mall! 

I've booked this hotel many times and they are very consistent with cleanliness and good customer service. The room is rated 3.5 star, or even 4! Very cozy with very comfortable pillows.

Compact room, with the bath almost built in to the room, and the washbasin in the room. Room had all the amenities a business traveler could ask for. We are a couple and it was a bit cramped but we did not expect more. Service was excellent and staff were friendly. Asked for an iron to be delivered to the room and got it in 10 seconds flat! The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is a café/bar as part of the building, coffee was excellent but we did not try the breakfast. Location is central, and the Underground station was apparently a couple of minutes away, but we did not try underground. All in all, can recommend this hotel to the business traveler. If you are on holiday as a couple, the hotel will do fine, provided you do not expect to spend a lot of time in your room, and you not expecting to live in the lap of luxury.

Checked in mid afternoon. Queenie on reception was friendly and helpful. The room had a view of a lane way. But there was lots of greenery to see. There was Plaza Singapura less than 5 minutes away that had a plethora of restaurants. Plus great shopping! The train station was 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Or you could walk to Orchard Road if you wanted to. The room was clean. The beds were great and comfortable. There was tea and coffee making facility there.

Friendly and attentive staff and the cleanliness of the hotel building and room that we stayed. Overall, we feel good during our stay in Innotel Hotel. Good job!

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful giving us information on how to get around Singapore using the MRT and bus services. Huge shopping centre across the road with a 24hr 711 convenience store and the Dhoby Gaut MRT station giving you easy access to all the tourist destinations. Only one stop away from Clarke Quay which has a great selection of restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

Hotel is close to Orchard Road shops and the room was big and very nice. Bed was super comfy. Staff were extra helpful with advice in getting around.

ALL Staff: professional, exceptional service, efficient, well-informed, attentive, ,timely, gracious,very kind. Treated like family. Well-located for Mrt and bus, shopping, food. Best 3/4 star hotel I have experienced in this prime central location. Requested a non-smoking , quiet room with view (treetops outside my large window). Not a resort but wonderful for a restful, comfortable stay. Room spacious enough for two of us especially when rooms in Singapore hotels are very tight. The shower suited me as I did not have to climb into a bathtub. The wash basin outside the bathroom was handy when bathroom was occupied. Appreciated: free cancellation, hair dryer, bar fridge, in-room safe, wake-up call,free/internet/wifi/tv/newspaper.

A big thankyou for making our stay comfortable. We arrived after a long flight from the UK, it was early in the morning and your very kind staff allowed us into our room early so we could rest. Actually we were just hoping to store our luggage.We found the staff very attentive, and will most certainly want to return next time we are in Singapore.

Little gem in the heart of Singapore

This hotel is a boutique hotel in the heart of Singapore. It's close the Dolby Gaunt MRT station, and a nice walk to Orchid Road. I found all the staff to be extremely polite and helpful with a positive attitude. The hotel offers free WIFI and it's quite fast. They have a small restaurant/bar which is adequate and the food is good. Don't expect a big buffet offering as it's a boutique hotel with around 70 rooms. The rooms are unique as the bathroom does not have a vanity or hand basin, this is in the room which is different to all the hotels I have stayed in around the world. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. I will make this my first stop when looking for hotels in Singapore. A credit to the staff and management with your positive attitude and service.

Great hotel! The staff at the hotel were SO helpful and always pleasant.. Some of the best service I've experienced at a hotel. I think the name of the gentleman who helped us everyday was SS Rejan- he was the best! The location is great, it's walking distance to a bunch of great bars and restaurants as well as around the corner from a major subway hub that made it seamless to get around the city. The hotel was very clean also. A very pleasant stay as a whole, would definitely stay again.
