"On the Orchard round and MRT"

If I`m going to Singapore for 2-3 day I`m always like to stay in this hotel, because comfortable room-clean,everything have - hairdryer, iron desk,safe, on TV have enternet you don`t need bring your laptop with you. near shopping malls where you can have your meal.LRT- go to any place.

I stayed briefly in the Innotel during a busy time of year, and was very impressed with the level of service from the staff. They went out of their way to assist with everything I needed, including making great recommendations for places to eat and grab a drink. The hotel itself was also quite lovely with a fantastic location just off of Orchard, and prices were very reasonable for a Singapore hotel.

Hotel located near shopping, food and train station also very helpful staff, even though it is near busy shopping area but its location is nice a quiet.

Was greeted very warmly upon my arrival from the Manager right down to the Bell Hop (En Zul). They even remembered my name up till the point I checked out. Gave splendid directions to anywhere I wanted to go.
Hotel's location very convenient. Just 3 minutes walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and just another 1-2 minutes walk to Plaza Singapore (along Orchard Road).
Room was very clean, tidy & spacious enough to accommodate 3 adults and a child. Best news was the free Internet.

Overall, great job! I'll be sure to stay here again on my next trip.

“Perfect location”

I chose this hotel for a short stay in Singapore on my way to Malaysia almost by chance and can wholeheartedly recommend it to all kinds of travellers. First of all the location is nothing short of fantastic, at walking distance from Orchard Road and Orchard Plaza shopping mall and equally close to Clemenceau Avenue, where my local business partners have their headquarters. It is also practically in front of a major underground station Dobhy Gaut, making it even more desiderable for tourists. A particular note for the hotel staff that is quite helpful and very kind in every occasion. I will certainly return here on my next trip in Singapore, as I find practically no weak points in this accomodation.

"A Boutique GEM"

Staff were always smiling obliging and efficient. Room was very clean comfortable quiet with good wifi. Central location with immediate access to MRT station, buses, Orchard Road, Canning Park, Istana, church. Cafe is simply well catered. True Boutique standard at amazing price. Highly recommended for business traveller or family with older children.

This hotel is the best I ever stayed, So luxury, So nice,& the best hospitable staff I ever experienced. Hotel is so clean & smells so lovely, Rooms are so luxury too. Book this hotel without thinking twice.

"Service with 6 star"

Close to mrt and shopping plaza and friendly with the best service. Good hotel, will stay here again. Hotel can get expensive during pea but the location, and staff are great, and it's a quiet little corner just off SG's shopping belt. MRT, and easy access to Taxis, and nearby malls, make this a good choice for shopping.

"Perfect for our needs"

Great location for Orchard road & excellent WIFI connection. If you want to shop on orchard road then this was a great location. One street back from Orchard road, so little traffic noise and at the start/end of orchard road. Over all a good place to stay. Plenty of opportunities to eat out on orchard road, so we didn't eat in the hotel. Friendly staff and were found to be very helpful when required. Would stay again at this hotel.

“Great value for money - good location and very friendly staff”

As with anything, its all about value for money and I firmly believe in getting what you pay for. Singapore is not a cheap place and finding decent accomodation that are 1) central 2) clean 3) safe area 4) welcoming 5) comfortable 6) affordable (not necessarily in that order) is not easy.

Innotel Singapore meets most of this. 

It is located off Dhoby Ghaut - a convenient area which allows you to get to most areas in Singapore. Walking distance to Orchard Road - probably around a 10 -15 min walk to Somerset. Its also across the road from Plaza Singapura - IMO, a nice mall with food courts and restaurants. If you dont fancy walking, just hop 2 stops on the MRT on Dhoby Ghaut. Alternatively, since Dhoby Ghaut is an interchange of 3 lines, you can also catch the train to either Chinatown or Little India.

Rooms:
Rooms are not big but this is Singapore, a small island state where land is scarce. It is not a closet but its big enough for what I am looking for. You have space for your luggage and we travelled with 2 big ones and still find space to walk around without falling over. 

The rooms are clean with the usual amenities. Bathroom is nice and modern. 
The bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows. There is a nice flat screen TV with english channels.

Staffing:
Very friendly. Other reviews said the same thing and I agree a 100%. I was in fact very amaze with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They gone out of their way to help and I cant help but feel amaze because they seem genuine about it. 

If what you are looking for is a place that provides a friendly service, comfortable bed in a central location that does not break the bank, Innotel is what you are looking for.

"Good location & good service"

The hotel is located in orchard area but in a quiet place that many people would not realise it. It is just a walking distance away to mrt and to shopping malls along Orchard Road. Reception area is the most attractive. Staffs are very friendly and helpfull. They would always gives us the best advice - where to go, how to go and where to eat!!! Generally we enjoy staying there. Value for money in all aspects.

"Great location, Amazing staff"

Stayed for 2 nights during 1st visit to Singspore. 

Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Hotel is smart and clean with a decent restaurant attached. 

Located just across the road from the main MRT station which is very handy, 5 mins walk from Clarke Quay and just at the end of Orchard Road. Perfect.

We would definitely stay here again.

“Feel like a valued guest here”

I can't say that I felt at home here because I was alone for most of my 5-day stay and was missing my family. But the hotel staff really made me feel welcome, like a valued guest. They were very friendly, always smiling and very attentive to their guests. The room is a bit small but that's okay with me. It was very clean and chic. There was enough space for my huge luggage and other stuff and the bed and pillows were ultra comfortable. I slept like a baby each night. The free wifi was a definite plus for me, too.

The hotel is directly across Dhoby Gaut MRT station and the bus stop and behind Park Mall. Beside Dhoby Gaut station is a nice mall, Plaza Singapura. I didn't have a hard time taking the MRT from the airport to the hotel even with my huge trolley luggage.

“Home away from Home”

This has been our third visit to Singapore, we decided to stay at the Hotel Innotel for its competitive price especially during the F1 Grand Prix weekend when prices just rock to the moon. It was a wonderful experience, location wise it is very close and convenient if you need to commute with local transportation. Very clean rooms, excellent free Wi-Fi, staff just go out of their way to please making your stay just incredibly comfortable. The Hotel Innotel is definitely a home away from home, will definitely stay again on returning to Singapore.
