Excellent service & facilities, friendly, professional staff. The room was small but nowhere as small as many hotels in Singapore. The superior had a reclining loung chair and a desk to work at, so it would be a good choice for business travellers.

Location and service

Hotel staffs are very helpful. The hotel is quite new (2 years). The room is not big but enough for 2 people and luggages. The facilities in room are good include adapter, hair dryer and free wifi. The location is 5 minutes walk to Dhoby Gaut MRT which is a transit for 3 lines. It's possible to walk to orchard road in 15 minutes. I will choose Innotel for my next stay in Singapore.

The staff was extremly friendly. Helped me book a taxi, and arranged for my other colleage who was arriving late to contact me. The rooms were very clean, spacious. The colourful theme adds a nice tough. Friendly atmosphere. Close to a mall, lots of dining options, right next to Orchard Road for shopping

Excellent location, very close to the Dhouby Ghaut MRT station which makes access to many other destinations really easy! Staff were very pleasant and very willing to help. Cleanliness of the hotel was of a high standard. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone wishing to see all that Singapore has to offer.

this is the first time i stayed at this hotel. the location close to mrt and bus services was prefect.the hotel staff wasthe best in singapore and maybe the world. my daughter did not want to leave and enjoyed comming and going saying hello and goodby to staff. all were very friendly at all times of the day.

Hotel Feature Tip: this hotel is located close to orchard road and mrt station. it has very clean room and great staff to help with all your needs. it also has laundry machines you can use during your stay. with free internet and cheap rooms it is a great place to stay even with small family. i will return to this hotel in the future

i stayed at innotel for a few weeks when i first moved the singapore and the friendly hotel staff truly helped me made this transition to another country so much easier. they drew me maps, offered to walk me to the cell phone shop and the bank in case i was lost and always chit chatted with me (not the usual hi and bye) when i came 'home'. the hotel is a 2 min walk to the mrt station and across the street from plaza singapore, and with lots of eateries around it. would def. stay again.

I spent 6 nights at the Innotel. No swimming pool, and my room was small, but was fine for a solo traveller. I caught the flu on the 2nd day (I got caught in the rain without an umbrella and then made the mistake the next day of visiting shopping malls where the airconditioning exacerbated my condition). As a result, I sweated profusely most nights. The staff were wonderful and changed the bedding and replaced the wet towels/shower gowns with new dry ones each day. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff wanted me to visit a doctor and gave me the emergency card of a nearby business (in the end though I did not avail myself of this option). Each day the staff enquiried about my health and gave me helpful advice. I felt privileged to stay there and would definitely do so again.

Travel tip: The Innotel appears to be a new hotel and accordingly is not well known. It is highly recommended to take a map with you to show taxi drivers its location. Also, take an umbrella and coat/jumper/jacket to Singapore because I persinally found the air conditioning chilly in the shopping malls.

Super clean hotel with excellence customer service

The rooms are clean and smell good. I like the bed which is clean and comfortable. Their customer service is very accommodating to their customer requests and complaints.

First time booking by the hotel and I am warmly welcome by their receiptient staff. Although 1 night stay, I enjoyed it very much. I am looking forward to book it on my next trip there.

The hotel has the super friendly and helpfull staff.It feel like home because that it really nice, super clean,cozy, wifi in room and almost walkable for all the city trip. The hotel near MRT station Dhouby Gaut, and bus stop near the hotel, so we can choose which transportation do you want to. If we want to go to Singapore again, we will stay at Innotel Hotel again.
