Super-fast Internet TV and awesomely located

Stayed there a few times. Always liked their super fast internet TV and their location is superb. Walking distance to the famous orchard rd, and if hungry late at night, there's a hawker center beside Concorde Hotel that serve various food. The staffs were nice, always greeted us when we left or entered the hotel. This hotel is located across the Dhoby Ghaut MRT. And by far this hotel is the most affodable hotel around Orchard. Oh there's only one cons: We took taxis twice and they didn't know where this hotel located. So I give their full address. Or maybe you can save you breath and give the taxi driver their name card that contained their address.lol

Staff were very helpful especially the concierge. This hotel is within short walking distances of all amenities. The MRT is only a 5 minutes away which gives easy access to anywhere in Singapore. Will definitely stay again next time.

The staff were great. We arrived very late and were exhausted and hungry. Check-in was fast. They mot only helped us with ordering delived food but also sent the food to our room.Internet was fast and easy to login. Very central location. Actually we cancelled our next hotel in Singapore and booked this hotel again right after one night's stay. Would recommend it to everyone.工作人员非常非常热心。我们很晚才到的又累又饿。他们帮我们定了外卖，还帮忙送到房间。太感动了。网络速度很快，连接也很方便。地段非常好，离地铁很近。我们住了一晚以后马上取消了别的酒店又定了这家。推荐。

Good location, friendly staff!

Innotel is located beside Park Mall, near MRT Dhoby Gauth Station about 300. Near shopping Plaza Singapura are located in front of MRT Dhoby Gauth Station. Room is comfortable and suitable for family, room is large.

The staff were friendly and always attentive to my needs. The free wifi was great with fast speed. Centrally located in Orchard road.

Central location makes Hotel Innotel a good bet!

This is a good hotel in a great location. Dhowby Ghaut station is a few minutes away and links you to 3 of the 4 lines on the MRT. Hotel Innotel is well run and the GM was always available for a quick chat or just a good morning.
We found the staff to be always alert and very helpful which always adds to the comfort ratings meter. 
One has to accept that this is a business hotel aimed at the corporate traveller so do not expect too much frills that one would get from a leisure four star property.
I think you must decide what you really need from a hotel when making a choice. Do really need all the frills and comforts or is this the place you use as your base station.
For us the idea of using the hotel as a base suited us well as getting around all day was easy to access other parts of Singapore hassle free yet not spending a huge chunk on accomodation with all the frills but there is no time to use it.

It's clean, well maintained, amazing hospitality (even the indian bell boy was very welcome and mention my mother's name when we have just arrived. Very nice). The room was great with fast in-room wifi. I haven't tried the internet tv, but that's a good gimmick to differ Innotel with another at the same level of price.

Stayed 4 nights. All-in price roughly £100UK a night. Wifi totally reliable and fast, around 100mb/minute to update iPhone apps for example. Good shower, quiet aircon - in fact absolute silence in my room, number 311 (a smoking room), could hardly hear the outside world. Didn't try to look for a breakfast room, if there is one. Very handy location. Helpful staff, would like to thank Nazrena who I contacted by phone & email before my stay. Coin operated internet terminal & printer in reception, 1 SD per 15 mins plus 50 cents per A4 page (B/W only though it seems), not bad prices. Also watch out what "gizzits" you use/grab in the rooms, there's a price list which shows that practically anything which isn't nailed down can be bought as a "souvenir"! 

Restful Stay

I was given a complimentary room upgrade and the hotel went beyond my expectations. They had a very friendly and excellent staff. The hotel is relatively new and that explains why the rooms were very clean. The rooms had a "minimalist and simple" theme which I really liked. Simply furnished without too much of the fuzzy frills. The beddings were great and I had a very restful sleep during my three night stay. One very special touch for me, which may seem ordinary, is that in order for the elevator door to close on the ground floor to go up to access the rooms, you have to tap your key card first before you can push your desired floor button. Such a security feature for registered guests is very much appreciated! Thank you, innotel!
