This hotel was more than accomodating for our short trip to Singapore. The staff were so welcoming & had our room ready on our arrival at 9am, which was great after a long flight. The rooms aren't huge but are very functional, spotless & tidy. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again as it's cost effective (even using NZ $) & within walking distance to just about everywhere.

Clean hotel with strategic location

Good location, friendly staffs

my husband and i stayed at innotel last week. it was a pleasant stay. despite the location, the hotel provides a quiet environment. it is located near dhobby gout mrt station with taxi stand just nearby. the room is ample with modern decoration. over all it was a good stay.

The hotel has the super friendly and helpful staffs..salute..it feels like home because of that..it smells really nice, super clean and cozy,wifi in room, and almost walkable for all the city trip..there's a mrt station, taxy stand,and bus stop near the hotel..so u can choose which transportation do you want to use for the day. I'm so pleased staying in this hotel and definetely will come back for another time

Great location near MRT

Walking distance to MRT

Had a very nice stay at the hotel. Rooms were very clean although not that big.The personnel were very helpful. Hotel is not on Orchard but because it is near MRT Dhouby Ghat station which is a mere 5 min walk, one can access almost any place in Singapore. The sound proofing was not very good , although during our stay guests on the same floor weren't that noisy. Will definitely stay again at Innotel when we go back next year for the great Singapore sale. WIFI is FREE & that's very cool.

Great Service - Good Location

little out of the way hotel hear the dhoby gaut mrt, about a 10 minute walk from clarke quay and 5 minute walk away from the chicago booth camous. not many taxi driver's know the place so you have to tell them it's jalan penang - or just ask them to take you the dhoby gaut mrt and you can walk home... rooms are ok. smallish but this is singapore. best part of this hotel are the super friendly staff. i mean really friendly!

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Great location but small rooms

i enjoyed my stay at the innotel. the room was clean and the staff was prompt and curtious. the hotel is in a great location just minutes from the orchard plaza. also it is just minutes from plenty of restaraunts and clubs. this hotel is also only a few minutes from the mrt so easy to get around town. Breakfast is not available but there are many other locations close to the hotel.

Great location, clean

Very close to Dhoby Gaut MRT which has 3 lines so very easy to travel around the city

Very pleasant as the hotel is very clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is great, you can walk or take MRT to orchard road for shopping. Breakfast is quite limited choice but great enough. Sometimes the aircon in the hotel is too cold

Travel tip: Universal studio, Marina Bay Sands are 2 places you should not miss. All can be accessed by Dhoby Gaut MRT If you don't travel a lot during the day (like me), just buy single ticket trip

Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient small bar/restaurant

Very satisfied with the choice and value for money. Would definitely recommend it with my friends who would visit Singapore and would definitely choice it again if we had to return.

great location

My wife and I just returned from Inotel, it was definately the best in terms of service & overall layout. Orchard Road is near by. We really appreciated the warm service extended by the staff. Bell captain is on ground floor. Hotel is across the street from a shopping mall. Very nice lobby and chic (i'd say probably 4 star by Euro/American standards). nice room with flatscreen TV, Internet access in the room.

Walking distance to Clarke Quay

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Hotel is close to subway station and many eateries and bars as well, but on quiet street.

Nightlife Tip: Close to Clarke Quay (walking distance) with all the restaurant and bar options.

nice location, in the heart of Singapore, very closed with Dhobygaut MRT station just walk arround 5 minutes from hotel. the hotel relatively new n clean but location is silent area. near with shopping areas. if you want to go night life just one station to Qlarke Quay.

I think the price is reasonable with benefit to easy reach to go everywhere. I recommended to my friend to stay here if there holiday trip

Shopping Tip: If you want to shopping singapore merchandize i suggest you to go to Bugis Street. Everything mostly the price is cheap

location,quiet, helpful staff, good size rooms for a couple of nights.

Enjoyed our stay as we found it very easy to access everything.Staff extremely helful and we booked room for half a day extra as our flight was leaving late.

NIce Hotel at a great location

close to mrt, orchard road shopping district, new hotel

this relatively new hotel is situated at a great location. dhoby ghaut mrt station is just across the road,and it's at the beginning of the famous orchard road shopping district. this made my stay a great pleasure. the rooms are clean, decent sized and well designed. security was good as it uses card access in lift to get to respective floors. hotel staffs were very friendly, helpful and courteous. there are many eateries, restaurants, convenient stores and pubs within a short walking distance. overall, i must say my stay was a very pleasant one.

My mother (80+yrs) & I spent 2 nights and found the staff very helpful particularly as we had a very late arrival due to flight delays. The location is absolutely brilliant for getting around the city. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We did not use the coffee shop/bar for breakfast as we wanted to see as much of the sights as possible. We would definately recommend the Innotel Dhoby Ghaut. Thank you
