This was a wonderful stay in Singapore . Professionalism personified. We arrived at the hotel early thus 07Hr10 after flying for 11 hours and 15 mins. Exhausted we're and check-in was only scheduled for 14Hr00. The manager Mr Ithin Osman arranged our check-in and within thirty minutes room 515 was made available. For this I salute him and the entire staff.
This hotel is well situated with the famous Orchard road just a block away. The MRT station (Dhoby Ghaut) across from the hotel. The hotel is clean, smart and well kept. It is manned by friendly staff ready to assist. We felt like V.I.Ps during our stay. Rooms are moderate in size with room 515 having a shower whilst 601 had both shower and bath-tub. There are two restaurants one at the entrance and the other on the second floor. Free Wifi available throughout the hotel with the TV having Internet connection. We stay again....

Comfortable Clean Room and Convenient Location
All the amenities that you need are available and the room are clean, Friendly staff and Quick service. Location near Dhoby Ghaut MRT.
I am very satisfied with Innotel Hotel. That was the first time I stayed there. The room are relatively small, however the layout is good, so you can move around nicely in the room. Enough storage area for my things. The service of the staff is very good and fast. The room comes with all the amenities that you need in a hotel.

Staff were excellent and rooms were ideal for us as we spent little time bar sleeping in them.very comfortable too.Very handy to MRT which was excellent value and takes you wherever you might need to go.lovely eating places very handy and of course very handy to the main shopping centre.(walking distance)

Again this Hotel was an Agoda-recommended Insider-offer and they were right! This is an excellent small Hotel in the heart of singapore, right opposite the MRT station. The lobby is very tiny and not very impressive. My checkin was efficient and the room was a real pleasant surprise. this was a large room (Singapore Hotels don't have such large rooms usually) with a wash-basin outside the bathroom so the husband can shave while the wife occupies the bathroom for a longer time:) The queen bed was very comfortable and the decor very stylish and contemporary. The furniture accessories were eye-catching and the cable TV crisp and sharp. The bathroom was very comfortable with excellent shower pressure & temperature. For the price of the room, this was very good value-for-money. There was a small cafe attached to the Lobby which served snacks as well as Beer! Go for this hotel!

The hotel located only 5 minute walk to Dhoby ghaut station, very convenient. The staff are friendly and work efficiently. The room size, cleanliness, facility are good for city stay. I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Singapore.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel is in the best location for exploring Singapore. 2 minute walk to the MRT, buses and taxi's can be easily arranged for you. Staff were amazing, extremely helpful with recommendations and practical tips - they really couldn't do enough for you. The hotel seemed to have the perfect balance between not being too big and therefore faceless as well as being small enough to not be in your face but remember you. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with an extremely fast Wifi connection. We loved the Smart TV in the room and thought the beds were really comfy. Can't recommend Innotel enough and would definitely return

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made a great decision staying at Innotel Hotel. Having arrived late in the evening travelling from Malaysia, the staff were efficient and friendly in introducing us to the hotel and welcoming us to Singapore. They also assisted us many times throughout our stay and really couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were immaculate, the free wifi connection was the fastest I've experienced in a hotel. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Dhoby Ghaut & buses on Penang /Orchard Road, with many shopping centres also in close proximity. Would not hesitate to return should we find ourselves back in Singapore.

Stayed in Innotel with my wife n 2 boys recently. Staffs were extremely friendly, greet us each and every time we were at the lobby, offering assistance and smiles. Modern design with security lock, Internet tv, wifi and all of the basic needs. Located near the Dhoby MRT, shopping complex, Fish&Co., and is along the Orchard Road-which is very convenient.

We only stayed here for 1 night to spend 1 day in Singapore before returning to the U.K. It was a great experience, very professional and helpful staff.. Good value for money in an upmarket city that Singapore is. Good location with a 3-5 minute walk to MRT Station and a bit more to the famous Orchard Road. Rooms clean, big and modern. Will definitely choose this hotel on any return visits to Singapore.

Superd Location, Great Staff and Value for money
I will definitely stay here again. It's the most conveniently located hotel just a 3 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station that is near a big shopping mall on the upper end of Orchard Rd. There is also a taxi stand located nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable - perfect size, not big but not too small with a comfortable bed. Free wi-fi was available, but we could access the Internet in the room with a smart TV, and a plug converter was provided to charge my iPhone. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's really no lobby downstairs, just a reception desk, but for the price we really didn't care. It's a good base to go out sightseeing all day and easy to get back to at night by MRT.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, one of the reasons why I love Singapore so much. Atmosphere is quiet although its in a very central location. Will definitely come here again for my next trip.

Everything was very neat, clean and modern. The reception and my room actually look as good as the pics. Location was the best. Almost opposite big shopping centre and 2 min walk to major train station where you can catch a few different train lines to go almost anywhere in Singapore for sightseeing. Love the hotel and would not hesitate to book again.
