I will definitely stay here again. It's the most conveniently located hotel just a 3 minute walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station that is near a big shopping mall on the upper end of Orchard Rd. There is also a taxi stand located nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable - perfect size, not big but not too small with a comfortable bed. Free wi-fi was available, but we could access the Internet in the room with a smart TV, and a plug converter was provided to charge my iPhone. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's really no lobby downstairs, just a reception desk, but for the price we really didn't care. It's a good base to go out sightseeing all day and easy to get back to at night by MRT.

This is a small hotel with only 8 floors, and as such they are able to offer a more personal service than some of the larger hotels. All of the staff were extremely courteous and polite, (especially Joe Kok who looked after us personally) We found the location to be excellent for our very short stay in Singapore, and were able to take an easy walk to Orchard Road, Raffles Hotel, and Clarke Quay. The free wi-fi was available in the room which we found very convenient for keeping in touch with our friends. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very attentive and helpful hotel staff, centrally located/near Orchard, near malls and restaurants
I chose Innotel primarily because of its location. I was traveling with my mom who has limited mobility so the hotel’s proximity to Plaza Singapura, City Mall and the easy access to public transport – bus, Dhoby Gaut MRT, taxis – was a big plus. The most outstanding factor about the hotel is its very accommodating, attentive and helpful staff. The check-in and check-out were a breeze and staff were indeed very welcoming. I made a request that we be given a room where it is quiet because of my mom and they accommodated this request. Yes, it’s a no frills hotel and the room size may not be so big but I think it was just right for us who were out most part of the day. The standard requirements are there – bathing supplies, coffee/tea service, free bottled water, hair dryer, electronic safe. The internet TV is a big plus indeed! I also appreciate that they have a coin-drop desktop computer and printer which I made use of when I needed to print my boarding pass for our return trip. The room rate is not as low as the budget hotels but it is still much lower than most hotels within Orchard vicinity. The lack of a free breakfast is a bit of a dampener but there is a small restaurant at the ground floor that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner fares at reasonable prices so not much problem. I will definitely come back to stay at Innotel and will recommend it to my friends.

I really enjoyed this hotel as it offers the perfect mix of : great location, free wifi, comfortable room, proximity to shops &restaurants, and reasonable price for Singapore.
But what did it for me was when Mr Rajan welcomed me (late at night) and covered my taxi fare since I did not have cash and the driver did not accept credit cards. This was done in the most natural and serviceable manner, and it made a great impact on me as a first-time customer. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends & colleagues.

Great location, very clean hotel. Bed was great as we're the pillows. This may not sound that I portmanteau but I am now into week 6 of living in hotels and a great bed is way up there in my priorities. The location is just off Orchard Road within walking distance of Chijmes. So there are plenty of great places to eat close by.

Very nice comfortable hotel. I arrived much before regular check in time and after a brief wait, the hotel did give me a room on the 4th floor with a huge window. They do have smoking and non-smoking floors so advisable to specify if one is particular.The room is not very large but easily fits in 2 double beds. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location to the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. All the staff are friendly and professional. Would like to thank them all for making my stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Singapore.

Really nice hotel. When I arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, profesional and helpful. The room was big, comfortable and clean. Good AC and Wifi. The hotel is well located for shopping and the metro station. Half hour to the airport on the metro. Great hotel and I have no problem in recommending it.

Singapore is a very expensive city with very expensive hotels. Bearing that in mind this hotel is definitely worth a stay. The staff is very friendly and the service is very good. The rooms are very clean, fast WiFi connection and even web browsing on the TV set. Although having the sink outside the bathroom is a bit odd and not that convenient. Overall a 5-star service at a 4-star hotel.

Spent a fantastic week visiting my husband who is on business in Singapore. The staff are all absolutely lovely, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect for all the shopping you require on Orchard Road which runs along the bottom of the road. All in all I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Singapore.

I have stayed off and on at Innotel for about three months in total, which is when you really start to appreciate a helpful, friendly staff and a clean and tidy room with free wi-fi in a quiet neighbourhood. The location is excellent, just five minutes walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and close to the Plaza Singapura shopping centre. Highly recommended, also for longer periods

We were going to watch a concert at Fort Canning Park and picked this hotel because of its proximity to the park. It turned out to be a good decision because not only was a few minutes' walk from the park, it was close to a lot of other great spots as well. It's very near the Dhoby Ghaut train station and practically across a main road from this nice new mall called Plaza Singapura which has a lot of nice shops and dining options.
We booked the room through Agoda three months before our trip and requested for early check-in then. I didn't think they would accommodate the request since it was made months beforehand. But when we got to the hotel, we were immediately accommodated by the friendly staff. The front desk staff was always helpful and warm, and we really felt welcome during our brief stay. The nice cheerful decor reflects how the staff communicates with their customers.
Read in some reviews that cab drivers sometimes have a difficult time finding the hotel. This is probably because Penang Lane is a one-way street from the main road (Penang Road). A cab must enter through Clemenceau Avenue then just go straight round the curve to get to Penang Lane through the back. A good landmark for Penang Lane is the standalone Fish & Co. restaurant at the corner - but again, this street is one way. But if you're getting to the hotel via MRT, simply get off at Dhoby Ghaut and cross the street towards Park Mall. Once you see the small road with Fish & Co. simply enter through here, go straight, and you'll find Hotel Innotel at the left side.
The hotel has options for smoking and non-smoking rooms. The bathroom wall though is simply made of frosted glass, so though this is a nice place to stay for solo travelers and couples, I wouldn't be too comfortable sharing a room with a friend here. It has coffee and tea making facilities, which is replenished every time the room is cleaned. There's fast free WiFi, an internet-enabled TV, and a mini refrigerator.
I would definitely stay here again!

We requested for early check-in two months before our actual stay, and it was great that they remembered to accommodate us even if i didn't send them a reminder email. The room is pretty nice and it's very considerate of them to have basic toiletries available as well as coffee and tea making facilities (which is replenished daily). It's across the new mall Plaza Singapura, which offers lots of good dining and shopping options. Best of all, it's near the Dhoby Ghaut mrt station. The hotel also has options for smoking and non-smoking rooms.

I really like the outdoor restaurant were you can get good Malay food and drinks for cheap price. Overall the atmosphere make you feel like home. I go quite often to Singapore for business and finally found a place with great atmosphere. It is not impersonal as most of the large hotels in the area. Staff is quite efficient and will help you to get a cab whenever needed. Rooms are small but it is OK for me as I spend most of n=my time out of the hotel.

this hotel might not have the best hotel facilities however the customer services are well par with others 5 stars hotel. the rooms might be small for a standard room but it is well maintain. bed is comfortable, tv are tune in with local and international channels. provide high speed internet tv as well as complimentary wifi services. customers service is fantastic. the response to your queries are immediate. even during peak season, managers do greet you by your name, wondering how he can even remember all the customers names. fantastic.

Perfect location, quiet street and accessibility
2 mins walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT, 5 mins walk to mall, 10-15 mins walk to Orchard Road or 2 MRT stops ride. Quiet street where hotel is located. Room is cosy with all the amenities you need. Free in-room wifi included too.
This was my first time staying and at first I was apprehensive as it was an unknown hotel and location. However, I found it to be the perfect location as it is hidden away from the hussle and bustle of city life so you feel like you're not in the city but you're actually several minutes away from Orchard Road. One bonus is having the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Exchange literally minutes away by walking distance for easily accessibility to various parts of the Island via MRT routes. If you prefer to walk to Orchard Road, then it will take you anywhere from 10-15 minutes to reach the city centre where all the famous malls, brands and boutique stores are located. Even my Singaporean friends who visited me agreed that this hotel is perfectly located and provided enough space and amenities for a short-stay visit. So I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful night's rest but with great accessibility to all the cityfares Singapore has to offer. Two thumbs up!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: With the MRT literally next to the hotel, purchase an MRT top-up card instead of single fares. You'll definitely find it useful since the MRT is minutes away and you'll want to use it to travel between stops/shops and local attractions. If taking a cab/taxi, tell the taxi driver to bring you Park Mall, cos I found a few taxi drivers didn't even know the hotel existed. Innotel is just on the side of Park Mall so you won't have far to walk, I promise!

"Just Infront of Plaza Singapura, Helpful staff"
I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Staff was very helpful and after informing them in advance that we will be with my baby, they had a baby cot set up in our room upon arrival. Hotel is also within walking distance of the MRT and Plaza singapura. Not much restaurant choices in the hotel, but you can always go to Plaza singapura for it. Hotel was very clean as well, bed was comfy, and added bonus was the internet tv. If you forgot to bring your laptop with you, you can always use this service to surf out sites for your trip. Since the hotel has a couple of floors only, no need to wait a long time for the elevator. Will definitely come back.
Shopping Tip: plaza singapura is just walking distance from the hotel. No need to look for restaurants to eat as this mall is complete.
