Was in Singapore for a work conference and stayed at the Shangri-La. Having to pay for something myself for the weekend though, I looked around and chose Innotel. The location is amazing and the staff so accommodating.
The rooms were fine, if compact, but I didn't go to Singapore to stay in my room. Everything is spotless but there are no facilities: No breakfast, no pool, no gym. But there are plenty of options around and the free wireless is more important to me than breakfast in such a "foody" city as Singapore.

i like d location near mrt station n the price is pretty cheap considering not far from ochard rd and the room very clean n new,i would consider stay at this hotel again for my next visit to singapore.

The best is the location, close to the main metro hub in the city. The staff is extremely polite and friendly and the hotel is very clean. My room was big, with comfortable a bed, and the bathroom was in a comfortable size.

Arrived after midnight and was greeted by doorman who was very friendly. Check in was a breeze.
Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Recently renovated Innotel is painted in funky colours which make the rooms bright and cheerful.
2 min walk to Dhoby (spelling?) MRT, which has 3 lines connected to it. Unofrtunately none of these go direct to the airport, but Singapore's MRT is one of the better ones I've used and transfer is relatively easy.
Close to so many sights, if you dont want to catch the MRT, then taxis are plentiful and cheap. I was short on time so took cabs everywhere. Quick and cheap compared to Western countries.
I was very happy with my stay at Innotel and would have no reservations recommending this hotel.

Great location, close to MTR and close to shopping mall
The hotel is within walking distance to Plasa Singapura and Douby Ghout MTR. This is really great. Obviously, Plasa Singapura has everything you need, shop, fine dining, food court, movie theatre. On the other hand, Douby Ghout is a main MTR line that covers both several different routes. The hotel is clean and Internet access is okay. (Free internet is included with my stay) However, the room is a bit small and no facilities like SPA or swimming pool. However there is a walking distance SPA nearby.
Shopping Tip: Walk to Plasa Singapura and it has one of the complete food selection. From fast food to fine dining

A hidden gem in the heart of Singapore
Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to public transport. Orchard Road shopping just a few minutes walk away
As other reviewers have noted the major plus points of this hotel are the staff. All were extremely friendly and helpful and there was not one instance in the 9 days we spent with them recently that we were not greeted warmly on our arrival back at the hotel or sent on our way out without a cherry good morning or enjoy your day. The other major benefit is the closeness to public transport. A major bus hub is just over the road and Dhoby Ghaut MRT station is less than 5 minutes walk away. Using either trains or buses one can access most of Singapore very easily. Some people have mentioned the rooms are a bit small. I say this is Asia and small rooms are a way of life. We found our standard room acceptable with room for a King Size bed, work desk, wardrobe and bathroom. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard.
Hotel Feature Tip: If you don't want to eat out all the tine there is a supermarket at Plaza Singapura on Orchard Road 5 minutes walk away. They sell ready to eat local food as well as "western" style food.

we travelled singapore recently with our two children. it was a pleasant stay at innotel hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful.location being stongest point of the hotel superior rooms are worth stay..as dhoubi ghaut mrt so close, travel was very easy.give a try hotel stay.recomended for family.

the staff is very nice and pleasant. they will always help you even when you dont ask for it. they suggest me a lot of things to do during our stay, and how. and all of their suggestion was just exactly matched with our expectation. the hotel location is also nice. not in the busy road, but you just need to 5 minutes walk to go to doby ghout mrt station and the singapore super mall. a place that you can find a lot of things including just to take some dinner. this is not a big hotel, but considering the cost, i think it is worthed to stay there. more over, considering the anbove fact

Very good location with small but cosy rooms
The hotel is very well located being less than 5 minutes walk from Dhoby Ghaut railway station and the famous Orchard Road shopping street. Staff are friendly and helpful and offered a free daily newspaper. Free wi-fi is a very good bonus, as well as free bathrobes and slippers. The rooms are not large but adequate, and are clean with a modernist design and furnishings.The hotel is apparently only about 2 years old. Hotel dining options is limited.
Restaurant Tip: There is a very neat and clean cafe in the basement of the Park Mall shopping centre nearby where you can have a cheap breakfast eg two strips of bacon, two eggs, two pieces of toast and tea or coffee for S$6.20.

Clean, new, great location
great place if you're planning a stay in singapore. the rooms are quite small but still good enough for a couple to relax. new hotel, clean rooms, nice decor. very good location, walking distance from dhoby ghaut and orchard. staff is very competent and nice; they always tried to give a little bit extra service, and were genuinely interested in our well-being.

Well appointed rooms, close to Dhoby Ghaut railway station
i have now stayed at the innotel on 3 occasions and each time i have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. i travel to singapore on a monthly basis and find the innotel to be perfect for my needs as it has excellent dining, shopping and nightlife nearby. the rooms are comfortable, modern and well appointed. the beds and linen are top quality and facilitate an excellent night sleep, an essential point for me as i arrive in singapore after 2 long flights and must depart next morning for my final destination.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the breifing by the concierge as he showed me around the room. "You can drink tap water in Singapore, however this here (pointing to the bottled water on the table) is complimetary". Good interaction with staff and guests. Prompt taxi assistance. Great place to stay.

Hotel staff at front office, housekeeping and engineering are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is near dhoby ghaut interchange (MRT), more easy to going everywhere, near shopping mall, and the street is not crowded. The room clean, fresh and well maintained.

The hotel was really great. But what made it even greater was the hotel staff, from the moment we walked in until we left late in the evening they were very helpful, always smilling. The rooms are very confortable, clean and modern. The location is unbeatable, few meter away from a intersection metro station and right next to Orchard road. I strongly recomend the hotel
